CSL was established in 1985 by professionals with the objective of providing local logistic support as associate to foreign companies doing business in Bangladesh. CSL has a significant collective number of years of experience in this business with a proven/record of success. This success is based on professional approach and in-depth knowledge of local conditions; including constant liaison with relevant agencies, and ready access to appropriate levels of government.

The process in which any business is undertaken in Bangladesh is complex and unique with which foreign firms are not always familiar. CSL was formed to address this need. CSL retains, as consultants and associates, a large number of highly experienced multidisciplinary professionals and firms available on call at short notice. The company can therefore undertake rapid, professional and cost-effective assignments in a wide rage of fields.

Over the years CSL has been associated with projects, studies and plant implementation funded by World Bank, CIDA, ADB, SFD and has been associated with some of the leading business and management consulting firms of USA, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong and India.
